Our skilled CAD & Laser department staff are capable of creating designs or dies from mylars, electronic files, samples, drawings and products. This allows us to provide our customers with quality dies in a timely manner. 

The laser cut die boards demonstrate precise accuracy. The accuracy of the laser is ensured by a routine maintenance schedule. This accuracy relates to both the kerf and the squareness of the laser. 

Our sample cutter and plotter is capable of cutting samples of folding carton and corrugated designs, as well as various other materials. Samples can be as large as 88" x 66".
